Effective October 29, 2026 · Lure is operated by Angelo Puente, California, USA

Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Lure app and website ("Lure", "we"). By creating a Reel or buying a plan, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Lure.

Your videos and content

Acceptable use

Don't use Lure to make content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, harasses or deceives people, or is sexual content involving minors. Real estate users are responsible for following fair housing, advertising and licensing rules, such as showing a license number where required. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI-generated output

Lure uses AI to suggest hooks, titles, captions, hashtags and edits. AI can make mistakes, including mishearing words. Review every Reel before you post it; you are responsible for what you publish.

Warranties and liability

Lure is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and accurate, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that your Reels will reach a certain number of views. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of California. We may update these terms; we'll show the new effective date here, and continuing to use Lure means you accept them.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what Lure needs to make your Reels and run your plan. We don't sell your personal information or use your videos to advertise to you.

Who processes your data

How long we keep it

Uploaded videos and finished Reels are deleted automatically about two weeks after you last work on a Reel, and right away when you delete a Reel. Transcripts, caption fixes and your brand kit stay until you delete them or ask us to. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your choices and rights

You can delete Reels in the app at any time. You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to delete all of it, by contacting us. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we honor them for everyone. Lure is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
